It’s back-to-school time and we’re all adjusting to the added challenges of these unprecedented times. The pandemic is taking a toll as we navigate online or hybrid learning or the potential risks of in-person school. While it is certainly hard for children to navigate the changes related to the pandemic, parents and teachers may also be struggling. For parents, balancing work while supporting children’s online or hybrid learning has the potential to significantly increase stress levels. For teachers, new technologies and learning approaches are requiring them to stretch their skills in new ways. It’s almost like having a new job altogether for both parents and teachers! So, how can parents and teachers prioritize and support their mental health during the challenges of the pandemic?
